How long is the shipping time?
We currently ship within the United States only.

I'm not satisfied with my order. What are my options?
Email us at info@koraandstitch.com and we will put it right. You can choose a refund, an exchange for a different colour, or a replacement of the same bag.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for 60 days from delivery, and we cover the postage on exchanges.
